It's my pleasure to introduce myself to you.My name is Aravind.I was born in Hyderabad and raised in USA. I completed my education from HUS International School.
I have a beautiful family of 3 members.My father is a lead manager at TCS .My mother is a homemaker .I also have a younger sibling.
My hobbies are playing basketball and love to watch TV series.
My strengths are that I am a team player. It is a skill I picked up in school as a member and captain of the football team. I enjoy working in teams and have been often told by both supervisors and peers that I am the motivator of the group during stressful situations. In college, during a group presentation, one of the team members did not submit his bit of work. Given the short deadline, everybody was worried. Analyzing the situation, I called for a short meeting. I asked everyone to take equal parts of the unfinished business and we managed to hand in a great presentation
I have a strong interest in banking and financial services industry. The reason is I'd like to leverage my detail-oriented mind and apply the skills and knowledge that I have attained throughout my degree courses. I see myself as a people-oriented and over-achiever person. I demonstrated this through working in various group projects with different types of people in which I had been able to perform well.
My attitude is that i like to take challenges that I CAN do it,my way of thinking that i take both success and failure in a balanced manner..
I dont like to say weakness but i like to say scope for improvement that is i wont leave any ask in completely,i believe in my self and my hard work and i want perfection in every thing.I also struggle to manage my time sometimes and cut too close to the deadlines. To overcome this, I have started using post-its and hourly entries in my calendar to remind me of my tasks. To add to this, I have begun organizing my time into daily tasks, weekly tasks, and long terms tasks in order to prioritize
I would like to be part of your company to further develop myself in banking field and to use my capabilities to serve both your company and your clients.
